Hiking & nature
Trails from our door to the fir forests, plateaus and lakes of Mount Kallidromo.

Mount Kallidromo is our playground. We regularly go hiking together: through the forest, up to the high meadows where horses graze freely, to Lake Nevropolis on the plateau, or to viewpoints over the Malian Gulf at sunset.
On days off, volunteers and guests also love a boat trip to the Lichadonisia islands from Kamena Vourla, a swim in the sea, or a visit to historic Thermopylae and its hot springs.
Caring for the trails — and a new climbing field
In 2025, with the support of the European Union and INEDIVIM, we organised open actions to clear, mark and sign the trails of Kallidromo, with educational markers for ecological awareness. And since summer 2026 we are opening a new climbing field on Mount Kallidromo — another way to connect with the mountain that surrounds us. After a long walk, nothing beats the nearby hot springs.
